Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not take insurance. Payment is due at the time of services rendered. Upon request, I may provide you with a Superbill for out-of-network services for you to provide to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or coverage towards your deductible. Please contact your insurance provider for more information about your mental health benefits for out-of-network providers.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. If you are interested in abbreviated or intensive sessions, please reach out to learn about additional options.

What is your rate?

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. From there, if you are interested in scheduling an initial intake appointment and subsequent sessions, my fee is $135 per 50 minute session.
